Screening procedure
- employment and income: contract, B2B or certificate — rent-to-income ratio max 30–35%,
- rental history: references from previous landlords,
- for foreigners: residence legality (card, visa, UKR status) and employer contact,
- optionally: debtor-database checks with the candidate’s consent.
Closing
Lease (standard or occasional), protocol with meters and photos, deposit to the owner’s account, tax-office notification for najem okazjonalny. The owner receives one recommended candidate with full justification — you make the decision, we do the work.
